Return & Exchange Policy

Products purchased (which remain in the same or substantially similar condition as when purchased), may be returned for store credit or exchanged within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

Exclusions to our Return Policy above include – special orders (including but not limited to tiles or materials not maintained regularly in stock).  These items are custom items and may not be returned or exchanged once the order is processed.

After thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, products may not be returned or exchanged, however, MT Pool will provide general assistance with parts for products purchased up to one (1) year from the date of purchase.

 

Warranty Information

Certain products sold contain manufacturer extended warranties.  Said warranties are offered through the manufacturer directly.  MT Pool is a wholesale distributor and does not extend any warranty whatsoever to any of the products sold.
